01 Air-cooled 20kW laser is exhibited for the first time overseas.

As a global leader in air-cooled 10,000-watt laser technology, GW  Laser has redefined the performance boundary of laser equipment by virtue of its revolutionary Active Air Cooling (AAC) technology. 2025 saw the brand new release of 20kW Active Air Cooling (AAC) lasers, which breaks through the upper limit of refrigerant refrigeration power and provides users with the "Refrigerant + Water Cooling "The 20kW active air-conditioned direct-cooled laser was released in 2025. The product can work in an environment of -20~50℃, which ensures that the temperature of the laser chip is always in the safe zone even under high-power continuous operation, effectively avoiding the risk of laser chip failure caused by the traditional air-cooled heat dissipation due to the rise in ambient temperature. In addition, GW Laser's active air-conditioned direct-cooled laser adopts 976nm high-efficiency pumping technology with high photoelectric conversion efficiency, which can significantly reduce the user's power costs; at the same time, the traditional water-cooled cooling solution eliminates the need for water-cooled machines and their daily use, maintenance costs, to help customers realize the cost reduction and efficiency.

02 QCW Laser

GW Laser's QCW quasi-continuum lasers, with air-cooled heat dissipation, deliver peak power approximately 10 times higher than the average CW laser, offer a wide range of compatibility and control modes, and have a flexible pulse-width waveform, making them ideal for long-pulse, high-energy applications, and enabling more detailed, high-precision machining in precision metal cutting, ceramics, marble, wafer dicing, and drilling applications. 03 Automated LightWELD Cobot Cell

Automated LightWELD Cobot Cell, with its flexible, efficient and safe features, has become a key tool for solving the problems of high labor intensity of traditional welding process and unstable quality caused by human factors, etc. GW Laser combines the collaborative robot system with the active air-conditioned direct-cooling handheld welder in-depth, realizing a platform to unify and control the operation of the robot and the handheld welder, and the equipment is highly integrated. Automatic repetitive welding can be performed without programming experience, and can be operated directly through the drag-and-drop demonstration function, saving labor costs, enabling skilled technicians to focus on more complex work, and with the work fixture can reduce workpiece scrapping, improve processing efficiency, and reduce costs.
