FRM technology


FRM-Flow Regulation Mode is a laser product platform for controlled beam profile of GW  laser. The design intention is to regulate the flow of small holes and molten pool, making the process stable and repeatable on difficult to machine materials.


  • Low splash: Press down on splashes from the source to prevent contamination of the workpiece surface and lens.

  • Less/no pores FRM inhibits small pore pores; Aluminum hydrogen pores require pre-treatment and gas treatment, with an overall porosity of ≤ 1%.

  • Good airtightness: No through holes, helium detection/blasting passes through once, and the seal is reliable and leak proof.
